Suburban villa

This apartment is in a historical house and you can use it for your own. We /the owners are living in the upper floors. The apartment is completely equipped and has a big livingroom, a quiet bedroom, a separate and well equipped kitchen and a bathroom (second toilett on the corridor). In bedroom two persons can sleep in a 1,80m wide bed. A third sleeping option gives a 2m sofa (sleepingsofa) in livingroom. Theoretically two persons can sleep there. For sure towels and bed linen are included. The apartment has LED-TV and WLAN. Using garden is a matter of arrangement. Only 2-3 minutes distance to stop of city-tram number 4. With this line you reach trade fair/exhibition center without change in 15 minutes, in 25 minutes you reach center of city also without change. A big supermarket and other shops are in 100 m distance. A restaurant and a bistro you can reach by feet. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but of course you can smoke in the garden. If you travel by car you will find parkingplaces in front of the house or nearby. Forrest, a lake and a park for deers in a 3km distance offers you to take chance for recreation and jogging.

This exclusively furnished two-room apartment on ground floor was totally refurbished in 2012 and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and shower bath. Situated in the quiet outskirts of town it offers very good transport connections (Autobahn A57 in 5 min. Airport Düsseldorf in 25 min., public bus transport in 5 min., main station and city centre within walking distance). Ideal for nature + art lovers + fair visitors in Düsseldorf and Cologne. It´s a very nice original old house with a very special atmosphere and surrounding. Top renovierte 50m² ALTBAUWOHNUNG (Erdgeschoss) im Herzen von Köln. Der vordere Raum ist nicht möbliert, da er zwischendurch als Fotostudio genutzt wird (natürlich nicht während einer Vermietung). Schöner Holzboden, neues Boxspring Bett, neues Bad, neue Küche. Extrem schnelles WLan. In der Nähe von zahlreichen Restaurants, Bars und einem Supermarkt. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Flughafen (17 Minuten mit der Bahn), 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof, S und U-Bahn sind 5 Minuten entfernt.

The apartment is about 30 square meters, consists of a bedroom with a bed 140 cm wide and wardrobe, the windows are darkened by roller blinds, an open living room with a 140 cm wide sofa bed and small dining area; small kitchen with fridge, 2-burner stove, sink and microwave combination unit; balcony, as well as a shower room (tub about 15 cm high) with toilet and a small storage room. Final cleaning with surface disinfectant. Bed linen is washed when guests change.
