It is located 50 meters from the shores of the lake and 300 meters from the first necessities (Bar, oven and pastry shop, pharmacy and bank), a pizzeria 20 meters away. A large infinity pool and relaxation loungers are available for guests in the large garden. Free private parking space. The apartment overlooks the street and therefore there may be noise from cars in transit.

One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. The garden, swimming pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and woods are for the exclusive use of the two guests only. All surrounded by nature. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.

The recently renovated apartment retains all the atmosphere of the past. It is in a quiet location, offering maximum privacy. It has a large private parking lot and a beautiful garden with a centuries-old plane tree. You can reach the town center, various restaurants, bars and the beach on foot in 15 minutes. From every corner of the house, from every window you have a wonderful view of the mountains and the lake with a thousand shades of colors and lights that change continuously

Dongo, in dialetto comasco "Dunch", è una cittadina di circa 3200 abitanti affacciata sulla parte nord occidentale del suggestivo lago di Como. La Tiny House si trova a 40 passi dal lago nella bellissima piazza centrale del paese con ristoranti, bar e attività ricreative inoltre a pochi kilometri troverete anche il confine Svizzero con il suo splendido lago di Lugano.
