Situated amongst natural beauty on the outskirts of Varenna the apartment offers 3 large terraces with magnificent lake views overlooking Bellagio, Vezio Castle & the many Ferries traversing the lake. In the evening you can watch the sun set over the lake from the comfort of your sofa. The flat has a private hot tub on the 3rd terrace for your use only 24/7 There’s also access to the condo spa with hot tub, indoor pool, sauna & steam room, shared but bookable privately 1 hour a day.

THE VILLAGE - Como Lake

The VILLAGE consists of three ancient and luxurious houses, dating back to the 1600s. They are all independent houses. One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. The garden, swimming pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and woods are for the exclusive use of the two guests only. All surrounded by nature. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.
