L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. The 80sqm villa consists of a large double bedroom of 21 sqm with sea view, a living room of 21 sqm with sofa bed with sea view; a nice bathroom with shower and toilets and a kitchen with living room with sea view. Outside you can enjoy a large, well-kept and panoramic garden in which you will find furnished areas where you can enjoy the breathtaking view. From the garden on foot, you descend to the nearest beach, Is Canaleddus, which is equipped with a platform overlooking the sea and a restaurant.

Marvellous apartment in a typical Sardinian style, decorated with soul and love. Comfort and charm of ancient and natural elements such a stone and wood, makes it unique, special, and ofcourse, homey. Great for a couple or a family/group of four. Equipped with everything for comfortable rest. Home, terrace and the view that you'll find hard to leave. I suggest to my guests to rent a small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.

Relaxation villa just steps from the sea

Set in the green of the most unspoilt Sardinia, this new villa overlooks the east coast of the island.
