The apartments are located in Šumava in a quiet location on the outskirts of the mountain village of Stachy near the forest at an altitude of 780 m above sea level. It is located on a sunny slope, only 5 km from the ski center Zadov - Churáňov. It offers beautiful views of the surroundings and a huge garden that provides privacy. Apartment Churáňov is modernly furnished and fully equipped with a fireplace, large 120m2 for 6+2 people, ideal for 2 families with children. Around the house is a large fenced garden with a sauna. The center with shops is a 10-minute walk, there is also a pharmacy in the village.

Villa Andres

The newly built Villa is located in the quiet village of Bukovník v Pošumaví. It’s ideal for families with children to stay and relax (maximum capacity is 12 people). The villa is equipped with a modern interior, an outdoor hot tub (sleeps 5) with beautiful views of the countryside. Behind the Villa there is a large spacious terrace with a separate fire pit, grass area and children's playground. Bukovník is located in Šumavský trojhradie between Kašperk Castle, Rabí and Velhartice Castle. So there's no shortage of tips for trips in the footsteps of history.

The Lookout House with a panoramic window and spacious terrace resembles a boat hovering over the landscape. The smell of wood, a sofa and a fireplace with a comfortable kitchen form a well-tuned whole. It can comfortably accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

VLES cottage in the middle of the forest

Here you will be surrounded only by beautiful nature. Chalet VLES, located far from civilization, offers the perfect escape from everyday hustle and bustle. Get ready for an experience where the only neighbors will be trees, birds and the murmur of a stream. Indulge in fresh air, pure spring water and the opportunity to plant your own tree as a memory of an unforgettable stay. For nature lovers, we also offer the possibility of picking forest fruits. Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Zahrada

A garden with a cottage above Sušice, where you can look at Kašperk, silhouetted on the horizon, from the bed. In the morning, a misty haze rises in the Otava Valley and you can enjoy coffee overlooking the sunrise over the Šumava hills. It's a stone's throw to Sušice for a cake at Rendl's bakery. The town itself offers many activities, you can go down the Otava, walk the path in the treetops, swim in the weir or go out for lunch to the famous restaurant on Svatobor (Hejlík aprooved).

Cottage U Krešů, Kůsov 467, Stachy, Sumava

Rent a cottage in the Bohemian Forest, two kilometers from the ski area Zadov. Beds are divided into 3 apartments, two apartments have a bedroom with a double bed and a room with three beds, the third apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a room with two beds. Each apartment has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a covered terrace, a large garden with its own forest, covered parking for 3 cars, bicycle and ski storage, smart TV and Wi-Fi.

Large spacious house, just a few meters from the lake. At the edge of the forest. The house has maximum comfort, 3 bedrooms, each with its own terrace. Spacious living room with fireplace and water views. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area on the terrace. Two spacious bathrooms, two toilets, 15 minutes from the historic town of Pisek and 10 minutes from Blatná Castle. Our place is quiet, comfortable, and a small boat is available. The house is fenced.

Chalupa Annín

An attractive private cottage is situated under the forest above the village of Annín, near the Otava River, 8 km from Sušice on the border of the Šumava National Park. Great place for a vacation for a large family and a party of friends. Maximum capacity 10 people. Accommodation is also possible with dogs, the property is fenced. Fully fenced property at the end of the local road, safe for your children and four-legged pets.

Ve Volšovech

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is an apartment with its own entrance in a quiet part of the village with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Free internet access, TV. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, microwave, kettle, ...). Water from our own well (baby water), heating by official heating. Outside, there is available with a fire pit and barbecue.

The apartment is located on our 700-year-old estate, which has been renovated very carefully, with a lot of passion and heart. The apartment has a high standard and is very spacious. The apartment has a terrace, which faces the village square, a small seating area and balcony in the courtyard. On the same property there are 2 more apartments as well as the house of the hosts.
