This small harbor town at the foot of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula cordially invites every nature lover. So you will find behind our house a wide field on which in autumn the cranes like to take a break on their way to the south. The apartment has all modern amenities. It is on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via a spiral staircase.

With 57 square meters, the houseboat offers you everything your heart desires and guarantees a relaxing stay. The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

We are located in a single-family housing estate on the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

Baltic Sea Tiny House Wachtel

Quietly located, with terrace and meadow right outside the door. Just a few kilometers by bike or a few minutes by car away is the fine sandy beach of Zingst – ideal for a sea breeze and a break. A refuge between gentle greenery and maritime expanse – perfect for unwinding and taking a deep breath. Our tiny houses are not suitable for children and infants due to their size, spatial conditions and furnishings. The accommodation is designed exclusively for adults.
