Our freshly renovated 50 sqm flat in Dinkelscherben offers modern comfort for families, couples, business travelers, and nature lovers. It features a bedroom, bathroom, hallway, and living area, plus coffee machine, kettle, microwave, projector, hairdryer, iron and Wi-Fi. Sleeps up to 5, baby cot on request, pets welcome. Blackout curtains, insect screens, and a 15-minute walk to the train station. Our home is cozy and welcoming – just as it was designed for families with children and pets.

The Art Nouveau Villa Sana, built in 1890, is surrounded by a park-like property with lots of greenery and tall trees. On the second floor are the 4 guest rooms with a shared, spacious bathroom with bathtub, ideal for a large family, for example. If necessary, another shower room on the 1st floor can be used, as can the large kitchen on the ground floor. The spacious property offers countless opportunities for barbecuing, playing and enjoying, as well as parking spaces with good access.

Quiet yet everything is within easy reach

Bring the whole family to this great place to stay, with plenty of space for fun and entertainment. If you’d like, we can even make the bedding a little more fun (see photos). Like firefighter, princess, and dinosaur themes available if your kids request them. Please let us know in advance :-) And in October, the apartment gets spooky, too. In the tiny house on the roof of the Fiddler's Green Pub in Pfaffenhofen an der Roth, you can really enjoy yourself: relax on the sun lounger, enjoy the whirlpool and the sauna with an outdoor shower or make yourself comfortable in the tiny house.
