Hiking, climbing, boating and cycling directly from the front door.

Detached villa with a wonderful south view, all-round balcony with hammock, completely south-facing, modernly equipped, but in the middle of nature. The hut contains a wood-burning sauna, beds, table, chairs, TV, terrace etc. A modern outdoor kitchen (March 15 - November 15) is about 20m away from the hut, as is the heated bathroom with toilet. Corona-technically, the villa consists of 3 separate, contactlessly accessible objects, 3 parties with up to 6 guests each can live separately..

The apartment with a spacious balcony was newly built in 2018 in the center of the village, is accessible by elevator and is located on the upper floor. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There are also 2 sofa beds in the living/dining area. We provide towels and bed linens for your stay. The car can be parked in the carport next to the house. For bicycles, there is a separate lockable storage room.

Here you can watch deer and foxes in the surrounding fields while relaxing. This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
