We offer our approximately 200 years old, completely renovated hut for exclusive use. Here alpine cosiness meets modernity. Direct Watzmann view from the balcony, pool and public parking on site in the house. The apartment is located on the 2 floor has free high speed internet (from December 2021 5G) and is easily accessible by elevator. It is best to use the apartment for 2 adults. All day long, you will be pampered with the sun when the weather is nice. Schönau am Königsee can also be easily reached on foot in 4 km. The centre of Berchtesgaden is also a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is on the slope!

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

Almhütte Hausberger

100 years old log house, which was demolished in 2008 in the neighboring village and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Special care was taken with regard to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, waste wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The cosy little house (75m²) served us for 10 years as a residence.
