Welcome, lovely travellers! The apartment (45 m2) is just next to the metro station (3 mins walk) which leads you to Bijlmer Arena Station in 5 mins, Schiphol airport within 20 minutes, and Amsterdam central station within 30 minutes. My apartment is idea for a couple, 2-3 friends, or solo traveler! I rent out when travelling, so please help me to take care of the apartment as much as you can. :) As this is not commercial, I also apologise ahead for the lack of flexibility and available.

This light apartment is located in one of Amsterdam best neighborhoods! Close to the city center, 3 minute walk from train station, and a very green and quiet neighborhood. A lot of playgrounds close by. The apartment is perfect for families with 1,2 or 3 kids. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 1 with a bunkbed for 2 kids (max 1.40m, and 1 with a baby bed. Only for families! Wonderful place from which to discover our beautiful city. We are looking forward to welcoming you!

The apartment is situated in a new and trendy residential area called IJburg. It's well connected to Central Station by tram #26 (18 mins). There is no 24/7 lobby, make sure that we agree on a check in time. All guests need to show a valid ID upon arrival mandatory by Dutch criminal law (art. 438) and the City of Amsterdam. check in: 2PM check out: 11AM FYI: I have two cats. One of them is very quiet and shy, the other one is active, outgoing and clever. They freely roam around.

All facilities, such as a supermarket, butcher and bakery, are within walking distance. In the apartment, you’ll find peace and warmth.

You will have your own kitchen, bathroom and living room, with a sofa bed to relax. The apartment is affordable with various public transportation options. Hot spots nearby are the Nelson Mandela park, the Amsterdamse Poort shopping centre, Pathe City, and the stadium.

Relax and unwind in my cozy garden house. If you have green hands, enjoy some gardening in my 100m2 garden. If not, enjoy a meal and treat yourself with something to drink, candlelight and a book. In case you didn’t bring a book, I have plenty. Need some focus time? I have good WiFi and a big screen in the office. You can also philosophize with some table cards. In summary, just feel at home! I love my place most for the light (full windows across the entire balcony) and the convenient location; quiet, yet bustling area, just a stone's throw away from your essential shops and metro/buses that connect you to the city centre. There is a market every Saturday. And there is plenty of green, parks and playgrounds in the area.
