Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

La casa è situata in una zona tranquilla, ma non lontana dalla via principale di Chieti Scalo. A pochi minuti è possibile raggiungere l'ospedale, l'università, un supermercato e la superstrada. A meno di 10 minuti di macchina si ha la stazione del treno ed il centro di Chieti Scalo. Il centro di Pescara ed il mare sono a circa 15 minuti di macchina E' facilmente raggiungibile ed ha un parcheggio a pochi passi.

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
