The apartment, with its huge windows, is located in a very special position, directly on the water: surrouded by a gorgeous terrace, you have the priviledge to be at just 5min walk from the centre along the lake promenade and isolated at the same time. A terrace of 120square mt allows you to enjoy a landscape made up of only water, sky and mountains. So close to the water that you can even fish from it directly - and a few most courageous did even dive into the lake (circa 6 mt under your feet).

IL BORGO - Como Lake

The VILLAGE consists of three ancient and luxurious houses, dating back to the 1600s. They are all independent houses. One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. The garden, swimming pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and woods are for the exclusive use of the two guests only. All surrounded by nature. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.

Villa Plinio: AC Fronte Lago Como Wi-Fi

The accommodation is located inside "Villa Plinio," a late 19th-century Art Nouveau building, and directly overlooks the lake, dominating the bend of Dervio beach called the "Foppa." This bathing beach slopes gently into the lake, making it ideal for children and for those who want to naturally savor the freshness of the lake waters. The bend is crossed by a promenade that runs along the entire coast of Dervio for several kilometers and can be covered on foot or by bicycle.
