This extensively renovated apartment is in a great condition and extends to the mezzanine of a farmhouse built in the 1930s, which has been refurbished with a lot of love for detail. The entire apartment with its individual atmosphere is at your disposal. Here you can breathe deeply undisturbed! The farmhouse is located almost in a secluded location (a direct neighbor), surrounded by meadows and forests in the beautiful East Allgäu.

Welcome to the cozy and quiet holiday apartment in Kinsau, a picturesque place in the heart of Bavaria. Kinsau offers a perfect location for relaxing walks, hiking or cycling trips. There are numerous attractions nearby, including the famous Wessobrunn Monastery, Lake Ammersee and the historic old town of Landsberg am Lech. For mountain and winter sports enthusiasts, the Bavarian Alps are also within easy reach.

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
