Our duplex cottage (44 square meters) with private entrance, terrace, parking and wallbox is located in the quiet Bürgerfelde district - on the outskirts of town and yet centrally located! Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

Farmhouse Platjenwerbe

A 19th-century farmhouse surrounded by large oaks and a huge garden awaits you. The property is located on the outskirts of Platjenwerbe in close proximity to Bremen. From the house you can look far over green meadows directly into the local recreation area Auetal. In summer there are horses with their little foals right in front of the house, who are always looking forward to a petting session. Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

Surrounded by meadows with grazing cows, our holiday home, which was renovated in 2018 and used to be a small farm, is located in the countryside. The North Sea Oak of the southern Jadebusen is only 2 km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational holiday, for 2 friendly families or for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining lawn and play equipment is enclosed and therefore suitable for toddlers and four-legged children.

Our house is located on the border of Bremen North in the village of Werschenrege. Surrounded by meadows, horse paddocks and forests, you can enjoy nature there. At the same time, you can also reach the city center of Bremen in 20 minutes by car. The completely renovated house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet, a spacious dining room, a spacious living room and a new modern kitchen with large window in the spacious garden.

Holiday home "Grube“ in Dwergte The tasteful holiday home is located in the middle of the beautiful recreation and nature reserve Thülsfelder Talsperre. It is distributed on 2 floors, on the ground floor there is living room, kitchen, bedroom 1 as well as bathroom 1 and access to the terrace with garden. Here you can relax and enjoy the tranquility. On the 1 floor are the 2 other bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom.

The former bakery in Schweringen was completely renovated as a guest house in 2019 and now offers 2 rooms (1 room with a double bed, 1.40 wide and 1 room with 2 single beds, 90 cm wide) with a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The Weser ferry and the Weser cycle path are right outside the door. Schweringen and the beautiful surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike rides.

Schierbrok is located between Bremen and Oldenburg. Schierbrok train station is a 20-minute walk away. By train, you have half-hour connections to Bremen and Oldenburg. The journey time to Bremen and Oldenburg is about 20 minutes. A citizen bus stops almost next to the house. He connects Schierbrok with Delmenhorst every 2 hours. I rent individual rooms but also the whole house for my own use.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoß, unten wohne ich und mein Partner. Das Bad ist mit Sauna und asiatisch angehaucht. Nichtraucherwohnung. Nur 1 km ist der erste/zweite Supermarkt entfernt. Ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist vorhanden.
