Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

Ferienhaus Lenchen

Haus Lenchen is a detached holiday home in the sunny Niederkirchen near Deidesheim. It was built in 1956 on the outskirts of the Palatinate village as a smallholder business with stables, a large hay store and wine barrels in the basement. In 2020, the son of the builder renovated it in a modern way and built it as a holiday home. The rear yard, in which the chicken coop used to stand, has become a comfortable courtyard with sitting area, loungers and electric barbecue.

In the tranquil Hainfeld on the popular German Wine Route is our winery built in 1738. Of course, the house has an authentic winery that invites you to linger outdoors. The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.
