5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

It's a perfect year-round retreat for families or large groups looking for comfort during an active outdoor holiday. Walkers Cottage, Home away from Home

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Renovated old farmhouse, on the edge of the forest 300 meters from the village in an isolated position, for lovers of the mountains and tranquility. Upstairs living room with sleeping area, downstairs kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable equipped garden. Extra cost of 15 euros per day for heating in cold seasons (I know it seems expensive, but it is due to the recent increases in the price of energy: the heating is oil-fired and is very efficient, with 5 radiators). Übrigens der perfekte Hausberg für Skitouren für geübte wie auch für Anfänger. Hochwang auch ein Hotspot für Snowkiten. In 30 Minuten ist man im Skigebiet Arosa oder im Skigebiet Lenzerheide die mit einander verbunden sind 225 km Pisten! Bergsommer: Wandern und biken. Downhill Hotspot Chur oder Lenzerheide.

Your temporary home in the mountain wonderland Davos is situated in a quiet, sunny location in walking distance from the congress centre and the hockey arena. Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is parking in the underground garage and easy access to the village. Close to shops and the bus stop.

Davos-Sertig, Ferien in der Natur

Unser Haus ist abgelegen im ruhigem Naturschutzgebiet im Sertigtal. Im Winter direkt über die schwarz-markierte Tiefschneeabfahrt vom Jakobshorn zu erreichen. Im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst genial zum biken. Wanderwege, Langlaufläupe gehen beim Haus vorbei. Busstation ist unten am Haus. Da Davos ein Kurort ist, muss eine Kurtaxe entrichtet werden. Diese beträgt 5.90 pro Tag und Person ab 12 Jahren. Die Kurtaxe wird vor Ort beim Check-In eingezogen.
