Enjoy the quiet house and back yard furnished with barbeque and propane firepit. Perfect for the lovely Davis evenings. Take a one block walk to Davis downtown restaurants and stores. Only a three-block walk to the UCD campus. The house has beautiful hardwood floors throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, and a very comfortable indoor dining and living area. Vineyard stay on Great Bear Vineyards, homestead

A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.

"Carriage House" is 1 bedroom apartment next to famous Casa Contente. Close to Downtown and UC Davis. Queen bed in the bedroom and a couch in the living room. Best for 1-2 people, but potentially could accommodate 4. The couch turns into a full bed. No parties, no gatherings and no smoking, please. We reserve the right to ask for an ID prior to booking or checking in.
