The Getaway

This 1950 3 bedroom 2 bath island house was remodeled with a Mid Century vibe. Some of the original features have been kept for authenticity. "The Getaway" feels like you are stepping back in time. It is a wonderful place to ride bikes and you can walk across the street to launch our 2 kayaks. I love our floor plan and the fact that each of the three bedrooms are large enough for a private retreat while the open kitchen/living area is so comfortable for the whole group to be together.

If you are coming for travel ball (minutes from the fields - your commute will be short while your teammates fight the peak beach/sports traffic every day), love kayaking and/or staying 50 feet from water, you will appreciate this special hideaway.
