The main floor deck overlooks the pool & cabanas, beach view on one side. Below the condo, enjoy the picnic table & charcoal grill/bring charcoal. No smoking inside, only underneath the condo. No water crafts nor pets allowed per the complex rules.

GOLF CART INCLUDED! Located on Buchanan Bay, this home provides beautiful sunset views from the dock and outdoor areas. Enjoy the pool and outdoor kitchen while the kids fish from the dock. There are paddle boards and bikes for an evening ride or morning paddle board trip on the water. 1.7 Miles from the east end public beach makes for an easy bike ride or even easier golf cart drive. Come and enjoy the fun and the sun at lovely Dauphin Island!

Luxury Casa Verde: Heated Pool +JET SKI & rentals

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
