This lovely little house was built in the early 19th century, and is fully renovated and luxuriously furnished. It lies in the exclusive district of Lugano - Castagnola, at the foot of Monte Bre’ , "the sunniest mountain in Switzerland", 50 meters from Lake Lugano, and with a splendid view over the lake and the majestic Mount San Salvatore. It is at the beginning of the idyllic path along the lake to Gandria, past the beautiful beach " San Domenico " and some romantic restaurants.

In the ancient-flavored nucleus of Albogasio, in Valsolda, about 100 meters from the lake shore and 200 mt from the parking place, it can only be reached on foot. The cobbled and uphill street is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking or who want the convenience of parking under the house. Two-room apartment on the first floor without lift, in a dominant and sunny position, has a double bedroom, lounge with single sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with small bathtub.
