Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

The loft in the middle of Bickenbach on the Bergstraße is the ideal starting point for numerous leisure activities for up to five people. Easy access to the Odenwald, but also to the metropolises of Frankfurt and the cultural city of Heidelberg. If you are looking for a retreat for concentrated work, this is also the place to be. In the middle of a historic estate, the terrace with garden views invites you to linger. The equipment with gigabit internet is perfect for videoconferencing.

Das ca. 36 m² große Atelier Galerie Blau wurde zu einer besonderen Ferienwohnung im Maisonettestil mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Gartenterrasse umgebaut. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich der Schlaf- und Arbeitsraum mit einem Doppelbett (180x200m). Im Erdgeschoss liegt ein Wohn-, Schlaf- und Essbereich mit der Kochnische, Waschmaschine und einem kleinem Duschbad. Der dritte Schlafplatz ist somit nicht in einem getrennten Zimmer, sondern befindet sich im Wohnbereich.

Privates, helles Souterrain

In dieses gemütliche Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einer Schlafcouch kommt man über eine eigene kleine Terrasse. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, 5 min vom Bahnhof, 10 min vom Marktplatz und 2 min von Feld und Wiesen entfernt. Das Zimmer ist ca. 30 qm groß und hat eine eigene, voll ausgestattete Küche über die man in das eigene Bad kommt. Bei Bedarf kann man gegen einen Aufpreis noch 2 weitere Zimmer mit jeweils 2 Doppelbetten dazu buchen. Auf Anfrage Fahrradverleih.

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Close to the beautiful Eberstädter Streuobstwiesen and within walking distance of the tram towards DA-City. What more could you want if you love nature and at the same time appreciate shopping and the cultural offerings of the city? The pretty, high-quality 2-room apartment with approx. 55 sqm plus terrace is located in a new building and was only completed at the end of 2023. The small apartment is ideal for 2-3 people or a family with two smaller children.
