Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

Relax in a modernly furnished wooden house directly on the Baltic Sea. After the walk on the beach, jump under the garden shower in the wind-protected garden and then relax in the warm bathtub, listen to the seagulls, maybe go to the sauna again before you retreat to the lounge on the veranda or to the protected loggia to relax. The barn is directly surrounded by fields and meadows, has a large loft-like living, sleeping and dining area with a large terrace facing the garden and the natural swimming pond. A 2-person bedroom, adjacent to the fully equipped eat-in kitchen, allows a total of 4 people to stay. Starting from the hallway, the spacious sauna area including shower room and toilet opens up. A window door allows direct exit to the outside area from there.

The house, the large terraces and the garden offer space to play and relax in any weather.

This holiday home, 55m², is ideal for 2 people and is situated in a stunning location in Germany’s smallest town, offering views of the marina and direct access to the Schlei. Completed in August 2012 and very well maintained, the Swedish-red wooden house is fully insulated. Floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Schlei are featured both in the downstairs living room and in the upstairs gallery.
