This house is situated in a pleasant residential area on the outskirts of town. A cozy apartment in the basement is an ideal "anchor place" for one-two people. High in the north, located on the Schlei and only minutes away from Schlei or Baltic Sea beach, the municipality of Rieseby forms the center of the Schwansen peninsula. Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

The apartment is located at the end of a street. The large garden invites you to barbecue and relax. A seating area and garden loungers are available for our guests. The cozy duplex apartment was furnished in the winter of 2020. It is located just 50 meters from the beach. It is only about 100 meters. So you are right in the middle of the quiet center of the Baltic Sea resort Eckernförde with a free parking space in the Jungfernstieg 108 parking garage.

Our cozy apartment is located in the Hüttener Berge Nature Park. Baltic Sea (9 km), Wittensee (7 km) Bistensee (6.5 km) and the Schlei (8 km) are not far away. The towns of Eckernförde, Schleswig, and Rendsburg can be reached in 6–20 minutes by car.
