Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Surrounded by water in Svendborgsund

A summerhouse with a unique location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house is modernized with new kitchen and bathroom as well as after insulation so that it can be used throughout the year. The bedroom is equipped with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a good quality sofa bed with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning sugar. The house of 36 m2 is oriented to the south, which is why you experience both sun up and descents from the house.

Flot køkken og bad, stor stue med TV og internet og 180 graders havudsigt. 3 store soveværelser og alle med den smukkeste udsigt over Flensborg Fjord. Gendarmstien/Gendarmenwanderweg og fantastisk natur som nabo, tæt på Flensborg og Sønderborg og gåafstand til restauranterne Pearl, Sivgaarden og Providence. Døre er udsmykket med landskabsmotiver af kunstneren Wilhelm Dreesen.

This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

Cozy, bright and classic holiday home with sea views. There is a nice covered terrace with morning sun with a view to the beach and bathing bridge. The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, undisturbed sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room there are panoramic views to the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 m to the beach and right by the hiking and biking trails.

Charming house close to forest, water and the city of Svendborg. Across the house you can walk straight into the forest and within an idyllic 5 minute walk, you reach the water, Svendborgsund. The swimming area at Sknt Jorgens Lighthouse is within a 15 minute walk. The house is located only 8 min by bicycle and 5 min by car from the center of Svendborg. The three-storey beach house has more than earned its name, as it is really right on the beach/ sea. An unique location in the Baltic Sea town of Olpenitz. In addition, there is a large roof terrace with water views. The hot tub and sauna (with Baltic Sea/Beach view) are ideal for relaxing. The fireplace in the lounge room and underfloor heating provide warmth and coziness on cold days.

5 minutes walk to the beach. Enjoy the tranquility in the small village of Langholz directly on the Baltic Sea. In about 5 minutes you can walk to the swimming or dog beach. There is an excellent pizzeria right on the beach. At the nearby campsite there is a small cafe and a small shop. The Eckernförde, 10 km away, offers variety with its small, pretty shops and restaurants.
