The Kleinwalsertal offers beautiful hiking trails in summer, in winter it is a snow paradise for winter sports enthusiasts and families.

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

After a few steps you will reach the shore of Lake Constance and the city center, from where you can reach any boat connection on Lake Constance. Numerous event options are available in the Lake Constance region. From May to October, our seasonal pool in the beautiful courtyard is available to all guests

Enjoy your well-deserved holiday on the wonderful south terrace. You will feel comfortable in this high-quality one-bedroom apartment. The facilities in the Obermaiselstein house offer you a swimming pool, 11.11-20.12. Table tennis table, a barbecue area with seating & loungers in the communal garden. A laundry room with washer & dryer (money insert) is available. Wi-Fi , key box, parking(in front of the house, underground parking spaces (if available)
