Sehr schöne bis ins Detail liebevoll gebaute und sehr komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung hoch über dem Rorschacher Hafen. Weiter Blick über den See und zu den Alpen. In der Wohnung findest Du eine super Küche mit allem was man sich wünscht. Ein schönes Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne und Dusche. "Saas, where the sun shines longer" Located on a sunny slope, in the middle of Prättigau. Idyllic, quiet Walser settlement. From Landquart in twenty minutes to Saas. Twenty minutes to Davos. In between is Klosters with two ski resorts, Gotschna with connection to Parsenn. Madrisa on the sunny slope with toboggan run to Saas, almost at your doorstep. Apartment overlooking the mountains

The apartment is ideally suited for 2 adults and 1 child or possibly a 2nd child (from 3 years - unsecured staircase). The apartment is on the upper floor of our single-family house and is reached via the shared front door and the staircase. For people over 185 cm tall, the door heights and the roof slope could be an obstacle. We live in a quiet location.
