Cozy accommodation with charm

Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not suitable for allergy sufferers, people with physical limitations and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. Dahlem is located in the holiday region of Oberes Kylltal and in the German-Belgian nature park Hohes Venn - Eifel. You will find extensive hiking and biking trails here, e.g. the Kylltalradweg Richtg. Belgium on an old railway terrace. Sightseeing flights over the Eifel are possible from the Dahlemer Binz sports airport, which is about 3 km away. Near the airport is a go-kart track. You can buy everything here for everyday needs. There is a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a pharmacy.

Beautiful accommodation with (outdoor sauna on Saturday)

The accommodation is in the beautiful village of Frauenkron, close to the border of Belgium. The studio has free WIFI and free parking on private property, motorbikes can be parked inside, for the hikers and cyclists various routes start across the street from the studio. To avoid confusion...we only burn the outdoor sauna on Saturday evening. And won't be fired up by the guests themselves! One pet is allowed.

The medieval alleys with the church, the castle ruins, the former castle & various restaurants and cafes invite you to stroll and relax. The reservoir can be reached on foot in 10 minutes for swimming, sunbathing, fishing, etc.

Hikes, bike rides and Tennis courts on surrounding courts and halls. The nearest golf course is about 12 km away. Two reservoirs nearby invite you to swim and fish in summer. The Nürburgring is within easy reach. Accommodation with a cozy atmosphere and plenty of space.
