The apartment is only about 300 meters from the famous hiking trail 'Eifelsteig.' Shopping such as Aldi, Lidl, Rewe are only about 2.5 km away. Furthermore, the accommodation is quietly located on the edge of the forest with meadows right behind the house. The historic town center is within 10 minutes' walking distance.

This cozy, quiet apartment has two rooms plus kitchen and bathroom. It is ideal for recreation for 2 -3 people. Laminate flooring is installed in the living room and hallway, the other rooms are equipped with PVC floors. Since this apartment is to remain suitable for allergy sufferers, bringing pets and small animals, as well as smoking inside the apartment is not permitted. Note: The apartment is on the first floor and can only be reached via stairs.

By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

Our barrier-free vacation apartment (2025) has underfloor heating, a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a living/dining area with a kitchen, a sofa bed and a guest bed (90 × 200 cm). There is also an idyllic summer garden with seating.
