The charming little house

Charming little Flemish house 15 minutes from Lille, very cute, with an adorable flower garden, green and quiet at the back and almost without neighbours!! Upstairs: you will find a large bedroom with a 180 cm bed. The bedding (2 beds that can be brought together to make a double bed) of the 2nd bedroom is on the mezzanine. This room has a work desk, and a baby bed. This unique place is close to all the sights and amenities, making it easy to plan your visit.

Les Feuillages Blancs, charming quiet cottage

The accommodation, pleasant and comfortable, is completely new and well-equipped. On a surface area of 40 m2, on the ground floor you will find a bright living room including an equipped kitchen with a dining and relaxation area, a shower room and a bedroom. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, a living room with sofa bed and TV. The bay window will offer you a view of the garden shared with the owners. The private terrace faces south and has various outdoor amenities.

Gîte du Plateau de Féquières (Cherry Tree) Wattignies

House located on the Plateau de Fléquières, 13 minutes' walk from a bus line (every 10 minutes), close to the CHR Calmette metro station which provides quick access to downtown Lille. The accommodation adjoining another cottage and our house is located in the middle of nature without neighbors, in the middle of the fields. The garden and shared outdoor spaces are being developed but each apartment has an individual terrace and a secure parking space.

Independent studio on the outskirts of Lille Jardin

10 min from Lille, our studio is located on the ground floor of our house. The house is located in a quiet and residential area. You can park for free in front, unlike Lille where the entire city center is paid and limited in time. You can also take the bus to Lille (in about 20 minutes). The studio is very bright. You will have your own bathroom and kitchen (microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc...). Welcome to all guests!

The surroundings offer beautiful walking or cycling tours along the Canal de l 'Espierres. You can reach Roubaix in 15 minutes, and Lille, Tournai, Kortrijk or Villeneuve d 'Ascq in 25 minutes. The accommodation is very quiet with an unobstructed view overlooking the canal.

A metro station is a 2-minute walk away that will take you to Lille train stations in 15 minutes. You will appreciate the proximity to many shops.
