On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining kitchen with wood stove, intimate living room with sofas, TV, fireplace. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Spacious, and equipped with every comfort. Garden with privacy and BBQ. Ample parking space. No groups of young people, parties allowed. Cash to be paid per person per night, 1.50 euro tourist tax to be paid on departure.

The house is located a 25-minute drive from Eindhoven, a 15-minute drive from Weert, and within 2 minutes you can reach Hamont-Achel, Belgium. There are also various cycling and walking routes nearby. Recommended destinations include the Malpie nature reserve, Achelse Kluis, and the Weerterbos.

On the forest plot, you have access to an outdoor swimming pool (unheated, open in summer), table, lawn, basketball court, canoes, fire pit, trampoline and BBQ.
