Located on the Champagne Tourist Route, our fully equipped vacation home allows you to discover the vineyards and champagne tastings. This comfortable accommodation with an outdoor area offers a pleasant stay: fully equipped kitchen, cozy and peaceful space.

Large living room (desk, armchairs, sofa, vintage Hi-Fi system), TV, equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes), 2 beautiful bedrooms (1 double bed 160 × 200 and 2 single beds with a baby crib), 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, 1 private parking space, enough to spend pleasant moments. A pellet stove will warm you up. Garden furniture in a country setting is at your disposal.

This peaceful 130 m2 house offers a relaxing 50 m2 stay for the whole family on an enclosed and wooded plot, at the foot of the Champagne vineyards. 10 min from Vitry-le-François, 20 min from the first beaches of Lake Der, 45 min from Nigloland, 1 hour from Reims, 2 hours from Paris. 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet and 1 garage. Surcharge of €3 per person for towels. The house is rented for a maximum of 6 people; no parties or gatherings.
