With spacious indoor & outdoor living, the lodge is suspended over the water’s edge and is the perfect place to relax and unwind come rain or shine - soak up the views on the sunny deck, or snuggle up in front of the log burning fire. The Old Calf Shed

The Old Calf Shed, situated in the heart of a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border, has a beautifully calm atmosphere with relaxing interiors including a lovely wood burning stove in the open kitchen/living room. Fantastic rural views, parking for 4 cars, an outdoor seating area and 450 beautiful acres to explore. Some of the tourist sites nearby include Silverstone, RH England at Aynho Park, Broughton Castle, Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Upton House.

Lower Mill Estate offers sports facilities, lakes, trails for walking and cycling, playground, soft play, COMPLIMENTARY access to Swimming Pools and Luxury Spa. Ballihoo Restaurant on-site. Fun hang-out area on the mezzanine floor allows children/teens to be entertained while the adults relax.

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

Enjoy a lovely drink on the enclosed sun drenched deck or wander round the complex grounds and enjoy free use of everything from tennis courts, childrens playground, football or even Boules pitch. There is a great mix of activities for every age group Fishing is permitted on the Lakes, you can actually do this from your very own deck! Non-motorised water sports can be enjoyed on Windrush Lake.

Sherbourne Lodge is a detached two bedroomed cottage that is conveniently situated just a few minutes walk from the heart of one of the most charming picture postcard villages in the Cotswolds. Framed by the tranquil River Windrush with its beautiful stone bridges, Bourton-On-The-Water, which is often referred to as "Little Venice", has a wealth of attractions, such as bird land, the motor museum, restaurants, shops and tea rooms.
