The Intendant’s lodging House

In the South of Loiret, Karinne and Patrick welcome you in the former Intendant’s lodging of the Vaizerie Castle. You have an own garden with terrace in the shade of a wisteria. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. An organic garden with aromatic plants and seasonal vegetables is also reserved for the cottage. Among family or between friends, come to discover the flavors and the heritage of Giennois, High Berry and Pays Fort Sancerrois, near the Sologne region.

Enjoy this charming cottage, located in a one-hectare property with swimming pool, tennis court and petanque court, near the wine regions of Sancerre and Pouilly, in the village of Bulcy. This small house has been completely renovated and is located next to our house, built on the remains of a castle of which three towers dating from the 11th and 15th centuries remain. The property is accessed through an electric gate, and parking is possible near the cottage.

Apartment in the countryside

It is at the pavement of the Chateau de Mimont on the side of Mont that we offer an original apartment (independent entrance) with its exceptional view, all in a wooded park with rare species and a forest of several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a green weekend or a nice place that changes from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, table tennis, swimming (note: pools are unheated and therefore closed from September to April)

18th century manor near Bourges

This unique house was built at the end of the 18th century by a noble family of the Berry province. It remains in the same family. It is 10km away from Bourges, which was for a few years, during the one Hundred Years’ War the capital of France. It had one of the most impressive cathedral, listed in the world heritage list of the UNESCO, and a unique civil gothic palace, the “palais Jacques cœur. Nearby are the famously vineyards of Menetou-Salon and Sancerre.

The house is 10 minutes from the Château de Saint-Fargeau, 20 minutes from the Château de Guedelon and the very pretty market of Toucy.

Maison les Valots: detached house in an English cottage style. It consists on the ground floor of an entrance serving the shower room and toilet, then a kitchen and a living room with its stove. Upstairs, the bedroom and two single beds on the landing. The house is located in an old farmhouse with a large garden of 3 hectares and a private saltwater pool on the property to share with a second cottage. Walks and hikes on the Sauldre Canal.

Château de Montchevreau 15/21 people, swimming pool and park

The castle is an authentic 17th century building, immersed in nature, hidden within a large park of 4 hectares. It offers visitors the authentic magic of a family home. It is equipped for groups of up to 21 people: the central part with 15 beds and the outbuilding with 6 beds. PLEASE NOTE! The following fees are not included in the rate and will be payable upon arrival: cleaning and linen 310 euros/dependency option 200 euros per stay.
