Welcome to our 1970’s cottage two blocks from the ocean! Enjoy a quick walk to the beach (just 200 yds) & being centrally located to all the Outer Banks has to offer. Features a bright & airy open floor plan with exposed beams & 3 bedrooms + 2 full baths for up to 5 or 6 people. In the Winter warm yourself by the fireplace & in the Summer cool off in the shade or catch some sun on one of the outdoor loungers. We provide awesome amenities to make your stay easy & relaxed. The cottage stands along the oceanfront in quaint area of Kitty Hawk beach. Very small cottage limited to 2 guests. Remodeled and designed in vintage beach flair. The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Approximately 800 square ft. of intimate living space with spacious deck for getting closer to the sea and sky. I provide all the clean linens .Please have prior reviews and be over 29 years of age.

The upstairs has three bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. The downstairs is detached from the upstairs with a private entrance. This room is a bedroom/game room with a half bathroom. There is an outdoor shower located outside this room. We hope you make many wonderful memories at our cottage and want to return year after year.

Newly renovated in the winter of ‘23 this tiny house is located on the same property as the owner’s home but provides complete privacy with its own fenced in yard. Inside is a full kitchen, living area, and comfy Queen bed and is stocked with everything you need. Outside there is a living room, dining area, grill, shower, and rooftop deck. The beach and sound are both a short bike ride and the town of Duck is 2 miles north.
