Fully renovated typical old stone house in the Karst region of Slovenia (EU), because of the rich wines and scenery also called "Slovenian Tuscuny". Small farm village Dolenja vas (Sežana) is near famous Škocjan caves, stud farm Lipica, Postojna caves and just 30 minutes by car from Trieste, Slovenian coast and 45 from Ljubljana. In Karst dialect "ana pravca" means "one fairy-tale" and Ana is also the name of the owner of the property. The house has 4 independent units with 4 bathrooms. Guests of the house are welcomed to use kitchen, dinning room and garden for relaxing or having a picnic. The house can be rent as a whole, for maximum 15 persons (10+5). A family suite has one bedroom with a double bed and second, children bedroom with 2 separate beds. In the living room the extra bed for 2 is a sleeping sofa. The suite has a bathroom with a shower and it's own separate entrance. The suite with a private terrace on the 1st floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sleeping sofa for 2. It has a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor are also two rooms. First, spacious room with a bed for 2 and an additional sleeping sofa for 2, has a private terrace and a bathroom with a tub. The second, relaxation room has also a bathroom with a tub.

Villa Eivissa is located in the small settlement of Plovanija on the edge of Croatian Istria, under the auspices of the Buje Old Town Municipality. The location of the villa is just perfect. It is 5 minutes (by car) to the first beach and 5 km to the natural salt pans of Sečovlje (SI) and the Thallaso spa there. Spacious and very charming Karst House, located is idyllic village of Pliskovica was renovated in year 2006 in a traditional Karst style, however we did added everything that you need for relaxed holidays, including: outdoor Jacuzzi, finish sauna with relaxation and chill out area, private wine cellar, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and two lovely gardens. Superb and large villa with large garden, immersed in the nature of the Karst, located in a quiet but at the same time strategic area, between the cities of Gorizia and Trieste. Suitable for more or less large families, equipped for children. Pets are welcome and will have the entire garden at their disposal. The house has an air conditioning system that, together with the heating system, keeps it pleasantly comfortable throughout the year.

The newly built and modernly furnished house is located in Kastel not far from the border of Slovenia/Croatia. The location is ideal for a family vacation where you can spend a nice time. The pool is for your private use and there are two parking spaces available. The main road is far away so that you have no noise. Beaches can be reached in a short time.
