A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

L'alloggio recentemente ristrutturato può ospitare fino a 6 persone! LE PARTENZE DEGLI IMPANTI DI SCI SI TROVANO A SOLO 3,5 KM DALLA CASA. 2 ottimi ristoranti e un bar/pasticceria/panetteria molto vicini alla casa possono rendere più piacevole il vostro soggiorno.

Unser Haus ist nicht mit dem Auto sondern nur mit der Gondel und dann zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gondel fährt bis 22.25 Uhr. Unser Haus ist ca 150 m Luftlinie von der Bergstation der Gondel entfernt. Le terme di Saint Vincent sono a circa 200 metri, mentre il centro della cittadina è raggiungibile in soli 10 minuti a piedi. . Nelle vicinanze anche sentieri per escursioni immerse nella natura. Il bilocale si trova al piano terra, sotto un' altra unità in affitto. Nota: imposta di soggiorno da corrispondere in contanti al check-in

Grazioso appartamento "Nine e Jo"

Appartamento mansardato situato in zona tranquilla in centro valle, ideale per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza rilassante immerso nella natura, in un paesaggio montano, fare passeggiate e visitare luoghi mozzafiato. E' consigliato anche a chi vuole visitare la Valle d' Aosta o frequentare i vari comprensori sciistici. PARFUM D'ANTAN si trova al piano inferiore della casa in cui vivono Italo e Laura e i loro figli Sofia e Matteo. Nella ristrutturazione, hanno voluto mantenere le caratteristiche originali . L'alloggio è arredato in stile di montagna con alcuni mobili antichi della tradizione rurale valdostana. E'costituito da due ambienti, un'ampia e luminosa cucina e un'accogliente camera con bagno. Gli spazi hanno pareti rivestite in legno di larice di cui si può apprezzare il calore ed il profumo.

The residence is located in the city center of Cervinia and it was just modernized to satisfy every desire. In the winter season the ski resort is just 80 meters away from the flat and in summer there are the city center, the golf club and all the trails that you can imagine just behind the residence. The house has the private garage for your car or for your ski tools and a big balcony where you can see the mount Cervino.
