Blacksmith's workshop

In ancient times, the house was a blacksmith's workshop with his small adjacent home. Recently renovated in a contemporary style, it has become a two-story residence of about 80 square meters. On the ground floor is the living area with the dining table, kitchen, bathroom and a wine pantry, reached by a wooden staircase with staggered steps. The house is entirely on the ground floor and enjoys privacy thanks to the independent entrance, the garden that surrounds it and the private pool and for exclusive use, just 200 meters from the sandy beach easily accessible on foot through a paved and flat street.
