LAURA'S HOUSE: RELAX, PARK FREE, IN THE GREENERY

The apartment is located just 5 minutes by car from Florence (A1 Fi Sud exit), outside the city centre. The bus stop to/from Florence is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. The distance from the city centre (Piazza San Marco) is 9.7 km; the bus takes 31 minutes. Services in the area within walking distance: pharmacy, grocery store, pizzeria. OUTSIDE THE CITY CENTRE, surrounded by peace and greenery. Equipped with a free private parking space 2:00 pm check-in Check out before 10 am

VILLA LE PERGOLE - Florence

The Villa le Pergole Suite consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a double bed in the loft. Between the two bedrooms there is a living room for guests. In a corner of the suite, in the second bedroom, there is a microwave oven and an induction hob, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. There is free parking and a swimming pool from May to November. Additional cleaning on request with change of sheets and towels is subject to a fee for a total of €40.

The Tower

Ancient Tuscan villa, beautiful, with exclusive private garden, completely renovated, surrounded by the beautiful and gentle Tuscan hills. The villa has a breathtaking view, is very sunny, well furnished and equipped with all amenities, quiet and not isolated. The house is located in Bagnolo, a small hamlet of Impruneta at the gates of Chianti, an area of olive groves, vineyards and peace. The house is about 10 km by car from the center of Florence.

The Stalla

The Rural House or "Colonica" of the Belforte Podere has ancient origins. Its roots are themselves the history of the hills of Villamagna, where it was built in the Middle Ages. The first attestations date back to 1200. The architectural structure, the various stone-castings and the wooden architraves in the walls - shown after the restoration - clarify their use as a Watchtower. In 1700, it was transformed into a farmhouse for agricultural use.

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.

"La limonaia" - Romantic Suite

Romantic Suite immersed in the enchanting hills of Fiesole. It is the ideal place fot those looking for unique and exclusive experience of its kind characterized by suggestive views and unforgettable sunsets.
