Ca' Ninota Apartment

This is an apartment renovated according to the principles of bio-architecture, respecting the farmhouse that dates back to the mid-eighteenth century. The vaults and a wall in the living area left exposed emphasize the antiquity of the place where you will stay. The kitchen is modern with an induction hob and is equipped with every cooking utensil. The table is a unique piece that enriches the environment. The bathroom is ultra-design, especially the shower that has been created from a niche.

Mountain cabin at 1000 m with a large garden, patio equipped for lunch, barbecue, solarium and a hammock in the shade of a blackthorn and a cherry tree. Unlimited WiFi. From here you will enjoy the view of the Marguareis massif, the Bisalta and follow hiking, mountain biking, and skiroll trails. Two parking spots are located on the edge of the garden with access from the main road. We are at the edge of the Marguareis Natural Park, managed by the Ente Aree Protette Alpi Marittime.

This charming apartment was born from the passion of Corrado and Giuseppina who were motivated to renovate an old house in the village where they grew up. Now Alberto and Inés welcome you to enjoy a pleasant stay surrounded by nature. You can take walks starting directly from the accommodation, or, a few minutes by car, explore the Pesio Valley either on foot, by bike, or on skis, or relax on the terrace in the shade of olive trees while tasting a local wine.

Welcome to Happy Hill and nature! The house, consisting of two apartments, is an old farmhouse that has just been renovated and carefully furnished. The "Bambù" apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a living area with kitchenette and double sofa bed, small reading room, bathroom and double bedroom. It has a beautiful and spacious furnished porch. The house is surrounded by a large park with centuries-old trees where you can walk and relax.

We've called our house Via del Campo: we welcome you to a bright and cosy space, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Alps and the tranquillity of the countryside. It has been prepared with care and passion: everything you will find is handcrafted by me, a retired carpenter. The location is excellent for exploring the Cuneo valleys and is just a few minutes from Cuneo and the nearby towns.
