Our place is within walking distance of Colmberg Castle and Colmberg Golf Course. The 95 square meter solid house has a comfortable living room, a dining room, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, as well as 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet and 2 double rooms on the first floor. Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Das gemütliche 1 1/2 Zimmer Appartement befindet sich im 2. Obergeschoss unseres Hauses. Wir sind sehr darauf bedacht,dass sich unsere Gäste wohl fühlen, so haben wir im letzten Jahr vieles verändert und u.a. ein neues , breiteres Bett angeschafft, die Couch ausgetauscht und eine Leseecke geschaffen, die man schnell zu einem zweiten Bett im anderen Raum modifizieren kann 😊
