Small cozy cottage completely renovated, by the river at the entrance to Héry sur Ugine (10 min from Ugine, 25 min from Albertville). Great for a couple wanting to recharge their batteries in the mountains. Departure of hikes from the village, and close to the family ski resorts. 5min des Rafforts , and 15-20min des Evettes (Flumet), Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe, and Praz-sur-Arly. Sunny garden with terrace, outdoor table and stone barbecue: ideal for enjoying beautiful summer days!

Return to nature, to quiete place and to authenticity!!! Since this cocoon, South facing, you will benefit an exceptional panoramic view to take the breath away (see all comments:). Ideal to leave directly for ski touring since the terrace towards the snowy summits. He is located 100 meters away from the village Boudin (road of col du Pré), of the main road and in 3 kilometers away from Areches. On Wednesday, July 18th, the Tour de France will pass in front of the chalet!!!

Pleasant 25 m2 single-story studio in an old farmhouse typical of the valley. Views of the Mont Blanc range. In a quiet area a short walk to Chamonix. A parking space (uncovered) is available. The entrance to the studio is through a private courtyard. Located a 3-minute walk to the bus station (no need to use your car) free shuttles throughout the valley. 5 minutes from the start of the Aiguille du Midi cable car and 10 minutes from the city center and its shops.
