Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.

Le Mazot au fil de l'Ô promises you a break from time. Nestled in a peaceful alpine hamlet, this cocoon between chalet and cabin is bordered by two streams, in the middle of nature. At 800 m altitude, at the foot of the Parmelan plateau, it is located between Lake Annecy (15 min) and the Aravis slopes (30 min). 70 m² apartment in an old chalet on the ground floor, quiet, on the road to the great Alps, located 1.4 km from the center of Beaufort, 300 meters from the leisure park in Marcot in summer, 10 min from the Arêches station, 15 min from the Hauteluce Contamines Montjoie ski resort, 20 min from the Saisies resort. A fireplace is at your disposal with wood provided to enhance your stay. We do not charge a cleaning fee, you will need to do it yourself when you leave.

In summer, the cottage is 500 m from the municipal swimming pool, tennis and climbing wall, there is also the Marcot leisure center 1 km away (tree climbing, water games, health course, fishing lake) In winter we are 5 km from the Areches ski resort or 17 km from the Saisies ski resort.

Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can stroll through nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and shower room (no shower but a water point for your daily toilet). Breakfast is delivered to you every morning in a basket.
