23 km from Troyes, in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Regional Nature Park, close to Lac d'Orient, at the foot of the Vélovoie des Lacs, you will stay in an independent cottage located in the wing of the Château de Géraudot. Guaranteed rejuvenation: bird watching (free loan of binoculars), sauna with free access, Nordic bath (paid option), outdoor relaxation kiosk with garden furniture... This cottage offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Ideally located, it is less than 10 minutes from the factory shops, 15 minutes from Troyes and the Orient Forest Lakes. Nestled in a quiet and exceptional environment, this house is an annex to the owners' residence, and has independent access and a private terrace with no overlook. On the property, you can discover the old castle ruins, a playground, and several relaxation areas.

TRADITIONAL, SPACIOUS AND QUIET HOUSE

This traditional house steeped in history and completely renovated was originally the village post office. Located 30 minutes from Troyes, 40 minutes from the Champenois vineyard, 25 minutes from the Great Lakes and 10 minutes from Brienne-le-Château Airport. Spacious and quiet, it is perfectly suited for families with children in particular. It is equipped to comfortably accommodate 12 people but has 16 sleeping accommodations in total.

Relax in this quiet and stylish place. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, vineyards and factory stores. On the ground floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and TV lounge area. On the same level, you have a bedroom, shower room and toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.
