Stay in a former Old English Cosy Pub, with three inglenook fire places. Located in a small village in West Norfolk 36 mins from coast and 21 mins from Royal Sandringham Estate. Pet Friendly, we welcome up to 3 dogs and charge £25 per dog per visit. Recently refurbished offering a large underfloor heated kitchen living room space along with the charm of original features. During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. West Wing at Mill Farm Barn - Luxury cottage

The West Wing is a private, self-contained cottage, attached to our home in secluded rural Norfolk. It has two bedrooms, one with king sized bed, en suite shower & wc. The second has 2 twin beds which convert to a super-king zip and link bed. There is a separate second shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The sitting/dining room with TV, DVD player and electric wood-burner comfortably seats 4. All one level.

Matthew & Caroline provide friendly, helpful and professional service. Situated in a secluded, tranquil rural setting and 35 minutes from the beautiful North Norfolk coast. The room stands apart from the main house across a sunny courtyard. The Peddar's Way is nearby, as is Houghton Hall, Oxborough Hall and Holkham Hall amongst other attractions.
