Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly get to cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Western Ore Mountains. Chemnitz City can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

The cultural capital of Chemnitz, the palaces of Augustusburg and Lichtenwalde can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.

The luxurious apartment in the Sternkopf-Engel-Villa was designed by designer Dr. Sylva-Michèle Sternkopf. The 3-room apartment covers 80 square meters and is located on the first floor of our house in a side street. Hartmannsdorf offers a very good infrastructure, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, playground and outdoor swimming pool with 10 m tower are within walking distance. There is access to the A 72 and local transport.
