It has a fully equipped kitchen open to a large and bright living/dining room, on the ground floor it has two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom and another full bathroom. On the upper floor, it has the master suite with a bathtub and terrace with a view and another double room. It is equipped with a/c and wifi all around the house.

Charming house in the historic center of Ciutadella

Fully restored and equipped house in the historic center. Located on a pedestrian street and very quiet, it preserves the typical vaulted ceilings. The house consists of a ground floor, where you will find the kitchen, living room and a small inner courtyard that gives light and life to the house. On the first level, we found a double bedroom and a bathroom. On a second level, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Going up to the roof we find the laundry area.

Located in the heart of the Calan Forcat complex, this detached villa has very easy access to the coast with Calan Forcat cove and is very close to Calan Brut. In the center of the complex, there are many bars and restaurants. The old capital, Ciutadella, is a 10-minute drive away and is full of interesting architecture, winding streets and excellent places to have lunch and go for a walk.
