Perfectamente equipado hasta 6 personas máximo. Es un buen apartamento en excelente ubicación, con acceso directo a la parada del bus, del tranvía y del centro comercial con todos los servicios. Bien situado junto a la Universidad y a un paso de la ciudad de Murcia. Además se accede muy fácilmente en coche por tener la circunvalación al lado. Luxurious chalet with pool (with sliding deck) and barbecue, just ten minutes from the center of Murcia (the tram stop is two hundred meters from the house). Enjoy its beautiful garden, sunbeds, mini-golf and French pool table. There is the possibility of renting by hours the tennis and paddle tennis court with an additional cost of €10. Family meals and parties are allowed in the barbecue area but, without loud music or massive crowds (max 15 people).
