In the heart of Calblanque Natural Park, between Cabo de Palos and La Manga Club. Ibiza-style house with a shared pool (not heated). In an old finca surrounded by nature, 2.5 km from the beaches of Calblanque. Away from mass tourism - Adults only - no pets. The house has a high level of insulation, providing plenty of warmth in winter and coolness in summer. The property enjoys an ideal location, easy access, private parking, and close to all amenities.

Luxurious chalet with pool (with sliding deck) and barbecue, just ten minutes from the center of Murcia (the tram stop is two hundred meters from the house). Family meals and parties are allowed in the barbecue area but, without loud music or massive crowds (max 15 people).
