Welcome to CostaFeeling. We are Robert and Marijke Horsman from La Nucia and we have a beautiful apartment for rent for 4 people in the beautiful Playa San Juan. The apartment is located in the nicest part of Playa San Juan, less than 500 meters from the beach. There is a large swimming pool and private parking within the gates of the complex. The building has a luxurious entrance and is equipped with an elevator. There is a Smart TV available. Air conditioning is available for € 7 per day.

A bright bedroom features a spacious bed with decorative pillows and bedding. Large glass doors open to a terrace, allowing natural light to illuminate the room. A serene landscape artwork adorns the wall, complemented by bedside lamps and a subtle floral arrangement.

Nice apartment, 5 minutes walk to the beach. It has a living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and a big terrace, with private parking. Fully equiped (Wifi optical fiber included). Urbanization is equipped with a big pool and a childen pool, minigolf, gym, paddle, social club and playground. Well comunicated with Alicante center or places like Benidorm on bus (stop bus at 100 meters) or tram (just 5 minutes). Near to a supermarket, farmacy and some services.

Playa San Juan Apartment

Places of interest: the beach 700 metres away, buses and tram to the centre of Alicante, and the airport (20 minutes by car). We have one of the largest and most beautiful beaches in Alicante next to a natural cove called Cabo Huertas, there are all kinds of shops very close (supermarkets, Eco shops, clothing stores, restaurants and shopping centre with playground). My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children).
