Apartment Frauenschuh in the Lenzerheide region

The renovated 3.5-room holiday apartment is located on the quiet outskirts of Churwalden, a charming village that serves as the gateway to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski area. The village center, with shops, restaurants, a swimming pool, an ice rink, and cable cars, is a maximum of 10 minutes on foot. The return journey from the ski area to the house is possible with skis, or alternatively, the bus can be used. The Furnerschhus bus stop is located about 100 meters from the apartment.

Our cosy Swiss chalet is situated in Flumserberg Bergheim - a quiet residential area, the closest ski lift is 5min by car or accessible by public transport. The apartment is accessible down a flight of stairs with a separate entrance and private garden/patio. The 1 bedroom apartment with a sofabed in the lounge is suitable for 2 adults & 2 young children or 3 adults. There are spectacular views of the Alps (Churfirsten) from all windows. Newly renovated & fully equipped.

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. Within 10 km there are various leisure facilities (mini golf, swimming pools, hiking, skiing, biking).
